This breaks my heart... I am personally living this nightmare at this very moment as i write. After 20-months of false claims, fighting for moments with my two boys that may soon go away, spending tens of thousands of dollars, watching our legal system bend at every point to keep the truth withheld, writing our political leaders only to fall on deaf ears... I am one of our nation's highest decorated war heroes, serving our country at the risk of my own life in Operation Desert Storm to preserve the lives of other sons in harms way, now I am days away from a trial for something that did not happen but was used in my divorce to deny me my children, extort two businesses from me, and publicly humiliate me and mark me for the rest of my life... the prosecutor himself in my county called my ex-wife a blatant liar on the record... they are are not going to allow it to be presented in my trial... my ex-wife threatened to kill me in the prosecutor's offices and exploded in front of the entire staff, showing that she has always been the dangerous/explosive person, not me, the prosecutor threatened if I push the issue they will bring in a special prosecutor and keep it out of trial.... what men in America go through is a 3rd World legal system nightmare... I'm being offered a plea agreement for something I didn't do... I've held on to the truth and believed in the truth being able to convince a jury of my peers...I've read too many nightmare stories like Mike's not to accept a plea agreement at this point.... what else can I do? I'll pray for you, Mike. i personally know your struggle.
